Publishing Policies
K-Tech Chronicles adheres to stringent publishing policies to maintain quality, transparency, and compliance with Indian and global standards:
- Periodicity: The journal is published monthly, with 12 issues per year (released on the 15th of each month), ensuring timely dissemination of research. Special issues may be published to highlight emerging trends or conference proceedings, subject to Editorial Board approval.
- Originality: All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification is strictly prohibited and checked using industry-standard tools (e.g., Turnitin).
- Ethical Standards: We comply with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and accountability in the publication process.
- Copyright: Upon acceptance, authors transfer copyright to Karna Publications under a Creative Commons license (see Open Access section), while retaining the right to share their work for non-commercial purposes.
- Archiving: Published articles are archived digitally on our website and submitted to repositories like LOCKSS or CLOCKSS for long-term preservation, ensuring perpetual access.
